About

Hi I’m Lucinda, a master teacher who builds communication and confidence. I’ve created and delivered hundreds of programs for thousands of participants worldwide. With a Masters in Education and over 20 years of professional experience, I’ve got practical and academic skills to help women find their voices and develop confidence.

Why Do I Do This?

It’s a passion project. I worked in tech and communications for over 20 years, and taught various courses on the side. At work and in the classroom, I saw that brains or talent don’t guarantee success, but communication skills do. People who communicate effectively and confidently are better liked and frequently become leaders. They’re seen as more intelligent and typically go further in their careers. 

So I decided to dedicate my work to teaching effective communication. But I noticed women often minimize their skills or knowledge, because we’re not comfortable taking up space. Right now though, this world desperately needs women to take up space. We need women leaders and we need women’s thinking. We need empowered women.

Learning how to look and sound confident is surprisingly easy. I learned as an adult, progressing from shy underachiever to confident leader. The secret is simple — better communication skills. Now I’m working to empower women by teaching this secret superpower. Together we can save the world.

Outside of work you can find me up a mountain, on the water or working on my pickleball game. Also cooking. A whole lot of cooking.
